Yes, I'm still alive and kicking. xD So, a very belated Merry Christmas and an early happy new year!

With that out of the way, I suppose I can start rambling. After my vacation's over, I'll have school exams. After all that's done, it'll be figuring out what to do next; work or another education. Well, there's enough time to figure out the answer to that question. First there's still the remainder of my vacation to enjoy.

Fandom wise, I have of course played and finished Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. I was already aware of the spoilers long before the game got released, so I won't flail about them here. But it was an enjoyable game nonetheless. ^^

Another fandom I've picked up is Umineko no Naku Koro ni. Because of the anime I decided to pick up the Visual Novel/Sound Novel/whatever you want to call it, and though it's art definitely isn't the greatest I have enjoyed playing it a lot. My favorite characters are Lambdadelta and Bernkastel. :3

Other than that there isn't much to tell. I'll hopefully manage to upload some drawings soon, though.

So I've been to Abunai! this weekend. Though last year was better, I had a lot of fun during this weekend. ^^ <3 The dealerroom was a bit disappointing this year as it had a lot of the same stuff, unfortunately. I also partcipated in a manga workshop and a DDR one and I've spent time socializing, which always make things worthwhile. Other than that I watched the cosplay/dance compo and an music-anime on Saturday, but I'm too lazy to search the title. I missed out on the fashion show, which I find a pitty. :/

My cosplay this year had been Shiba Kuukaku of Bleach. A rather skimpy cosplay I was a little worried about, but in the end it turned out to be fine. I'll be posting some pictures in my dA gallery soon, I think? Either way, it had been a lot of fun to wear. ^^

So, it's been nearly two months since I've updated this journal?? XD; It's time for a new entry, I suppose.

My birthday had been on June 5, and I've turned 22 already. O_o; Time flies, I guess.

The 13th of June I've been to Chibicon, a small Dutch convention. I didn't cosplay this time since I didn't have one ready (Grell wig had fallen apart, cosplay for Abunai! wasn't ready yet). It was kinda fun, even if I ended up missing out on the workshops which was a bit disappointing. Ah well...

For now I'm looking forward to Abunai in September. I already have a cosplay in mind, which I won't be buying for a change. Well, aside from the wig and the materials of course.

I got Guitar Hero 3 for the playstation 2, and it's horribly addicting. I'm still playing on easy mode (because I suck), but hopefully I'll manage normal mode soon.

Only a few more days before I have summer vacation. o/ Hopefully I'll be able to draw something, then. Right now I'm just being super lazy.

So, I've been to animecon this weekend. The program was a bit disappointing as I was actually bored in the evenings. Thankfully the people I was with along with the ones I talked with at the con itself made it worthwile. I've had fun nontheless and that's the most important thing.

I haven't made all that many pictures myself, and the ones I did make suck (because most of them were inside with shitty lighting).

Anyway, tomorrow I'll be going to Animecon 2009 for the whole weekend. I'll be going with ~UchihaSasuke333, =Mikari and *dragonnetstorm, but I'm sure I'll run into quite a few people over there as well. It goes without saying that I've been looking forward to this convention.

I'll be cosplaying Grell Sutcliff from Kuroshitsuji on Saturday. I was actually planning to do him Friday as well, but my wig happens to be pretty fragile. I'm surprised if it lasts through one day. It's a bit of a bummer, really, because it's also a shade or two too light. But it'll do.

Anyway, if you happen to recognize me, feel free to poke me and say hi or something. Just watch out for a redhead with red glasses with little skulls attached if you don't know the character. XD
